It’s definitely noisy, they said in the product description that they fixed that but it’s still pretty noisy. It’s undoubtedly noisier than the one that comes with the Xbox. But with that being said, it does the job and that’s what matters.

Was a little spectacle about buying it for the Xbox one S because of some of the other comments about it not working but I bought it anyways and it is working. So far…It is also not loud at all, I know some people complain about it being loud but I don’t even hear anything from it.

I’ve been nervous waiting for this item, hoping my xbox one is okay cause I’ve had it for a while and one day it stopped coming on and just chirping when I’d hit the power button. Thankfully YouTube saved the day and I saw a review on the problem and this product and my xbox one is back up and running again. The biggest reason it was important is I have a few cd games and my son absolutely loves the halo series which he’s playing as I’m writing this. Definitely recommend and spread the word about the chirping issue: it’s the power block, not the console, thank God!! Praise Jesus!! My console has been redeemed!! Lol okay that’s all I got.

My Xbox would not turn on. Did the chime like it wanted to but wouldn’t. I opened up the power supply and found a bunch of swollen capacitors. Apparently this is a common problem. I’m the kinda person who is twchnically handy and will fix things if possible. I could have put new capacitors in it but for the price of this new unit, just replace it. This new power supply works great for me.

My son’s Xbox just went off all of a sudden while we were using it. The light on the original power brick was solid orange. Didn’t have an outage or anything but it had been storming earlier that morning so maybe that’s why. Per the internet I tried unplugging it for a while, resetting it, cleaning out all the dust but nothing worked. It made a sad little beep sound when we would try to turn it on but light stayed solid orange and wouldn’t turn on the Xbox so needed to try a new power brick.
This one had the most consistently good reviews and was 2 day shipping and price wasnt too bad. Got lost in the mail & took a week to get here which was SO frustrating for my son. When it finally came, plugged it in and xbox came straight on. At first there was no sound from the fan but a day later you could hear it. Not bothersome though, it’s quieter than a desk fan and to me, you really have to listen to notice it. Very happy it worked. Just have to get used to the lights being red and green rather than the original having orange and white lights.

Makes a little noise but not bad at all. Have had this for close to a year with no problems except the Xbox turns on randomly sometimes.

A few months back my Xbox One’s original power supply began making a noise that I could only describe as a cat begging to be put out of its misery. After a couple tests of turning off and on again started to result in no signal making it to the TV, it was clear the original supply had met its life expectancy.
So far this new one has held up. I recall some mixed reviews related to just how noisy it would be, but as of a few months use, the sound has been largely unnoticeable. And since gaming is a huge part of my hobby time, this was a necessity. Considering that original supply was as old as the console itself (2015 if not ’14), I certainly hope I can get at least 7 years out of this one.

We had our original Xbox charger for about six years before it broke and I was very reluctant to get a new charging box. This one was recommended by several people and works very well and is about half the weight of the original Xbox charger. Not sure how long it will last, but it works very well.
